Information about payments, cancellations, refunds, donations, and pickup.
Chabad of Bologna accepts payments for donations, event registrations, meals, and other programs or services offered on this website.
Prices and Currency
The applicable price and currency are clearly displayed on each registration, order, or payment page before payment is submitted.
Events and Meals
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled event or meal are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours beforehand are generally non-refundable.
If Chabad of Bologna cancels an event or cannot provide a prepaid meal, the payment will be refunded in full.
Donations
Donations are generally non-refundable. If a donation was made in error, please contact us promptly and we will review the request.
Recurring donations may be cancelled at any time by contacting us. Cancellation will apply to future payments.
Pickup
Food, prepared meals, and any products currently offered through the website are available for pickup in Bologna unless the relevant order page states otherwise. Pickup details are provided when ordering or after the order is confirmed.
